This home comes equipped with WiFi & TVs with cable & streaming options. The living space offers a cozy living room, dining area, pool table & interior washer/dryer. The backyard is equipped with a BBQ grill (propane provided), outdoor dining table, ping pong table & child's play set. The pool is fenced, perfect for small children. Corn hole & ladder ball are located in the laundry room for your use!

Heated Pool: Must be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. Our pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay (pricing subject to capping for longer stays - inquire if applicable). Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.
