The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook for and feed your whole crew! The property also includes an iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies & an in-unit washer & dryer with laundry soap. Ping pong, foosball & corn hole provided with large backyard for activities - including a fire pit (fire wood not provided). New basketball hoop (ball provided) in the driveway! Heated Pool: Must be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. Our pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay (pricing subject to capping for longer stays - inquire if applicable). Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.
